Booking and cancellation rules

How we book rooms, take payment and handle check-in at Compass Hotel. Full terms are in the public offer.
1. What you need to book
Full name, phone, check-in/out dates, number of guests. To hold the room — prepayment of 50% of the first night.
2. Check-in and check-out
Check-in: 14:00–00:00. Check-out: by 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out — if available, by agreement, +1000 ₽.
3. Documents at check-in
Until 17:00 — original passport to the administrator (guest card). After 17:00 (remote) — passport photos in Max to the administrator: +7 952 227-28-98.
4. Payment
Prepayment: 50% of the first night. Balance — as agreed when the booking is confirmed.
5. Deposit
1000 ₽ cash at check-in, returned in cash on checkout. Via terminal — 200 ₽ fee.
6. Cancellation
If paid in full then cancelled — we refund everything except the prepayment (50% of the first night). If only the prepayment was paid then cancelled — no refund of the prepayment.
7. On the premises
Smoking and use of alcohol or other substances are not allowed.
