This document is an official public offer by IE Batkov Artur Alekseevich (TIN 780117311858, OGRNIP 322784700192492) to enter into a hotel services agreement for Compass Hotel. Submitting a booking request and/or paying the prepayment constitutes acceptance of this offer.
1. Provider and property

2. Subject
The Provider supplies temporary accommodation in a hotel room for agreed dates under this offer; the Guest pays for the services.
3. Booking
Required for booking: full name, phone number, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests. A booking is confirmed after prepayment of 50% of the first night’s rate. Until payment is confirmed, a request does not guarantee room availability.
4. Check-in and check-out
Standard check-in: 14:00–00:00. Check-out: by 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available by prior agreement for an extra 1000 ₽. Until 17:00 the guest presents the original passport to the administrator for the guest registration card. For remote check-in after 17:00 the guest sends passport photos to the administrator in Max at +7 952 227-28-98.
5. Payment and deposit
Prepayment — 50% of the first night. The remaining stay balance is paid as agreed when the booking is confirmed. A 1000 ₽ deposit is paid in cash at check-in and returned in cash after check-out if there is no damage or rule breach. Paying the deposit via a payment terminal incurs a 200 ₽ fee.
6. Cancellation and refunds
If the stay is paid in full and then cancelled, the full amount is refunded except the prepayment equal to 50% of the first night (that amount is non-refundable). If only the prepayment (50% of the first night) was paid and then cancelled, the prepayment is not refunded.
7. Stay rules
Smoking and use of alcohol or other substances are prohibited on hotel premises. Guests must treat hotel property with care and keep quiet at night. Damage is compensated by the guest, including from the deposit.
8. Personal data
Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy on the website. By submitting a request and/or paying, the Guest accepts this offer and the privacy policy.
9. Other terms
