Compass is a small house in the centre of St. Petersburg. We built it for guests who care about cleanliness, quiet and clear terms before they book.
How the house works
Rooms are cleaned for arrival, shared kitchen and bathrooms stay tidy, and the rules are written in plain language. Website prices are direct — no OTA commission.

Artur and Polina built Compass and ran the house themselves for a long time. Polina is on maternity leave now — friends stepped in to help. The hospitality is the same: human, not a conveyor belt.
