Compass Hotel processes personal data in line with Russian law (including Federal Law 152-FZ). Clear rules for website guests are below.
1. What data we collect
Via website forms we may receive: full name, phone number, email address (if provided), stay dates, number of guests, room choice and comments. At check-in we also process ID (passport) data: until 17:00 from the original document; for remote check-in after 17:00 — from passport photos sent to the administrator in Max. Any other details only if you share them voluntarily.
2. Why we process data
We use the data to reply to booking requests, send booking confirmations and other important service emails (if you provided an email), confirm stay details, and contact you by phone, email or messenger.
3. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data. It may be shared only with services required to run the site (e.g. Telegram notifications and hosting), limited to what the request needs.
4. Retention
We keep data as long as needed to handle the request and our arrangements, or until you ask for deletion — unless the law requires longer storage.
