Short answers on check-in, payment and house rules.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in 14:00–00:00, check-out by 12:00. Early or late check-in is possible subject to availability and prior agreement.
How do I hold a room?
After your request — a 50% prepayment of the first night. The rest is paid as agreed when we confirm.
Is there a deposit?
1000 ₽ cash at check-in, returned on checkout if there is no damage. Via terminal — 200 ₽ fee.
Do I need a passport?
Yes. Until 17:00 — show the original to the front desk. After 17:00 — send passport photos to the administrator in Max.
Which rooms have a TV or AC?
TV in rooms No. 5, 6 and 9. Air conditioning only in room No. 6. Other rooms have neither TV nor AC.
How do I cancel?
Message or call us in advance. If you paid for the full stay and then cancel — we refund everything except the prepayment (50% of the first night; non-refundable). If you only paid the prepayment and cancel — the prepayment is not refunded.
